Chin Kun Flooring Company warrants to the original purchaser that its bamboo plank is free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship at time of purchase. Chin Kun Flooring Company gives a lifetime guarantee against delaminating to the original purchaser.

This warranty does not extend to damage caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, direct exposure to the elements, improper installation or damage caused in shipping which are beyond manufacturers control.

This warranty does not apply to the exterior finish beyond factory defects since life of the finish will depend on use, care and cleaning.
